Site downtime and maintenance

Sorry about the recent downtime. It seems the database backend thought it would be fun to go nuts and eat all the server's memory. Not sure if this was a kernel issue or a MySQL issue, but I hope to have it fixed soon. On an unrelated note, I'll also be upgrading the Django platform to its recent 1.0 release soon, the site may be unreachable for short periods over the weekend.

See you Monday.

Well crap. There's go my weekend fix... :)

You dont by chance have the full image of that sign do you?

I don't, but I believe the sign may be located outside the town of Cisco, Texas.

Actually I think it's the "town" of Cisco, Utah. You can see part of the beehive on the sign itself.

I have a similar picture that I took back in 2007 that must have been taken very close the sign above.

They finally, after who knows how many decades, took down the exit sign for Fillmore in Utah. ( i live in Utah ). The same sign that was the exit sign for Beaver. Give it a few moments...
