No lab access , ip banned

mintu7 1 post	21 Dec 2011 at 8:55 p.m. UTC It was my first attempt but got this MSG. "Your IP prefix 117.199.0.0/16 has been banned from the lab for abuse. This was an administrative decision and will not be reversed." Thanks
