First of all great blog. The posts, the Lab and the cheat sheets (gave me great ideas to document my own stuff).

I've been studying for my first CCNP exam, SWITCH and one thing which until now I cannot definitely understand, and from internet searches many people are still confused is "PAgP silent mode".

It would be great if you could post your understanding of this and the differences/advantages of using silent vs On mode.
