Cisco device for 4000 IPsec VPNs

Hello ,I need a device which supports 4000 VPNs,I think it could be a 5540 ASA.
I dont know which router can support this because I didn't find that in the data sheets.
If anyone knows which router I can use or if I can use a Cisco Concentrator I will appreciate it.

My Cisco sales engineer provided me with this table about a month ago.

If you need more throughput than this from a router platform then I'd suggest an ASR.
