I reserved my lab but did not get username and password to access

arkb007 1 post	15 Mar 2011 at 10:30 p.m. UTC Hi, Can someone help me? I reserved the lab but I was not given username and password. I can telnet but when i type password it gives me message "Connection to the host lost". Can someone quickly answer this please? Thanks in advance.

The username and password are on the confirmation page displayed after successfully creating a reservation, as well as in the confirmation email. If you didn't see them, you didn't create a reservation.
