I had problems entering the password into the lab. I used putty 0.60 on win xp and I would get the prompt to enter in the username/password using ssh or telnet. putty took the username, but would not take the password through ssh nor telnet. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

Really would like to thank you for this great work.

I have reserved the Lab for only 1 hour just to play around and discover the equipments, however, I am facing the same problem right now. Neither Telnet nor SSH have accepted the password. I am using Putty client as recommended. When the password entered on Telnet session, the window just disappeared. When the password entered on SSH session, it reported "Access denied" and request re-entering the password endlessly.

@EngineerAlaa: I just checked the database and it seems you created your reservation after it's start time (your reservation was created at 13:11 but was set to start at 13:00). Since credentials are only synced hourly, and your reservation only lasted for one hour, your reservation was never activated.

I might implement some code to achieve instant activation of any reservations created in this manner, but I'll have to do some testing first.

Just tried to establish connection but couldnt get through. After typing password I got access denied on my putty console. Dont know what the problem could be.

May i suggest trying both Telnet and SSH. And try copying and pasting the password in case you are having typo or keyboard mapping issues
