Hi, long time use but new to real lab. I reserved 8 hours today unable to connect in almost 6 hours using Putty on Telnet and SSH.

In the Hostname I put: packetlife.dnsalias.net on the console port 20xx or 30xx depending on the console port.

Can anyone please help me? I really want real time lab time for my CCNA certification.

You'll have to be more descriptive than that. Was the domain not resolving? Was the Telnet/SSH connection timing out? Was it being rejected?

Testing from here, I can reach all ports (all devices) using the DNS FQDN via both SSH and Telnet. Definitely going to need to know the error you're getting to troubleshoot.

I think that I found the problem. I just try at home and cannot connect also using SSH. I think ports are block in my work so I can´t connect over there.

I put a screen attached I guess I cant enter because I dont have time reserved now. Also I live in Panama (Central America) so my time here compared to the UTC one is minus 5 hours.
