Anyone here ever had one? I had a 3 Round phone interview that made me feel like I dropped the soap in prison. Just wondering if anyone had any insight on the topic. That's not limited to technical stuff, I mean like what to wear, etc. I'm prior military so I tend to "respect the process" and that may or may not be the thing to do.

dress down, get yourself one of these t-shirts or cough up for a one of these t-shirts

just kidding, good luck with the interview.

It ended up not being the complete violation I expected and I took the safe route and put on a suit. I'm not much of a suit type guy though.

I wore a suit to my first Cisco interview, and it was the right move. I quickly learned after I got hired though, that unless you're a manager, the other employees will mock you for even just wearing a tie to work. They are pretty informal there, at least at the office I worked at. There were two rules, nobody wears a tie, and nobody brings their lunch. Lol!
