I can't be the only person with trouble keeping in tune with the GMT time that the lab is scheduled by, so I figure I would drop this link.

What does the hardocp folding team have to do with what I am talking about? Nothing really accept for the fact that their site has a wide assortment of clocks running at the top of the page, including: local, the 4 US time zones, and GMT. It has seriously helped me reserve time correctly.

the language should not be a big problem, since the only relevant information is just a click on the image away - opens a map with timezones all around the world in GMT format. .. hope you dont mind using 24h system
