in the earlier post Acessing ASA using ASDM in this forum I read that users may desire to work with the ASDM.
Now I offer ASDM access to ASAs in my lab on BlackRack.net. Perhaps somebody would like to work with it, until the PacketLife lab would be restarted after the relocation.
I agreed that mastering the ASDM is an important skill besides the CLI. In my job I use the CLI for quickly applying similar new configurations to a bunch of branch office firewalls, but for sophisticated configurations I use the ASDM. Otherwise it's hard to read and to configure if you have a thousand ACLs and NATs and a lot of VPNs, for example, and this is not unusual for a central ASA.
Access works via WebVPN, using Cisco Anyconnect. If you would like to do serious ASA training, you can contact me via the blackrack.net contact form for details.
