CACE Technologies held its third annual Wireshark developers conference known as SharkFest earlier this month. The slides from the presentations are available from CACE, and the guys over at LoveMyTool were kind enough to post videos of a number of the talks.
No word on whether any of the packet captures used in the demonstrations have been made available to non-attendees yet (or if they will be at all).
I'd love to make it to this conference next year, it seems like a lot of fun for us packet geeks.

I'll have to dig through my stuff, but I should have a CD around from the CACE/Wireshark University training I attended a few years ago.
Was a 1-day workshop when I went, started off basic but quickly went deep into the advanced functionality/searching capability of Wireshark. Was well worth it or us (3 from my company attended). Plus, always fun to hang out in a room full of networking geeks! :D
I'll give you a shout on Twitter if I find the CD.

CACE hasn't put the traces online in the past, and hasn't asked presenters to submit the traces. Most presenters have their email address in the presentation and said you could email them for traces.
Laura used to make her lab CD available as an online download, but Googling around for a link only pops up warez sites.
