Going pro

It's been several months in the making, but the new PacketLife is online! The site has moved from a powerful but somewhat limited Drupal backend to a custom engine built on the Django framework. Additionally, PacketLife has migrated to a sleek virtual private server (VPS) provided by SliceHost. So far the move has gone pretty smooth.

While much of the content and functionality I wanted to provide has been accomplished, I'm still working diligently to bring more to the site. If you have an idea feel free to let me know.

Stretch, nice site. Alot Better than the make belive, fake ftp thing i tried making for the media drive. I really like the tool Library.

I just stumbled onto this and really enjoy the relevant content and resources available. Is there any chance in enabling an RSS feed? It would make consumption of your wisdom a bit easier ; )

Many thanks.

Hmm, hadn't thought about it. Since there's demand for an RSS feed I suppose I'll get off my butt and code one. Word is Django (the site's backend) has a really handy RSS app, so keep an eye out for RSS in the next few days.

Nice blog, thinking of to read all your blogs from so long, finally taking time to go through all your stuff. This is like a network dictionary. Thank you very much.
