RSS feed now full-content

The blog's RSS feed now features full-length posts, rather than merely the first few lines. Hopefully this will be more convenient for those following along via syndication. Thanks to tam for the suggestion!

And yes, I'm aware of the irony of this post announcing the change being only a few lines itself.
